We now have this special offer: a small bear growth form with your Grow It Yourself kit. This lets you – besides growing what you have in mind, use a little bit of substrate to also grow a bear. And again, and again. The bear growth form will only require a little bit of substrate, less than a liter.

But why stop there? Get even more creative by experimenting with different substrates and additives. Imagine growing a red bear using beetroot juice. Ever thought of growing a brown bear by mixing your coffee waste through the substrate? Make sure it is properly cleaned – so cooked and then cooled again. And if you’re feeling really adventurous, try wrapping the growth form in clean cotton cloth for a unique and textured appearance. With all the properties of mycelium there are so many things to experiment with…

There are endless possibilities to get creative with your Grow It Yourself kit and make unique, personalized bears.

This Grow It Yourself bear kit includes:

• 1.5L of high quality mycelium substrate
• 1 growth form to grow mycelium bears: W 11.3 cm x H 16.8 cm, thickness 5.2 cm

Advantages of our substrate:

• It is top quality substrate, the same substrate is used by us for our professional range.
• It consists of hemp fiber with a length of 5-15mm, which results in stronger products. Short fibers or dusty substrate create weaker products.

We ship fresh substrate: Ready to use. It is best to store it between 1-7 degrees Celsius and use it within 5 days upon arrival. It’s perfectly normal if your substrate is whiter than the one shown in the photo. So don’t worry! Check out our FAQ page to find out what to do.
