Currently, we use hemp as the main constituent of Mushroom ® Packaging. While hemp is already light, we can also mix in other even lighter waste streams to further tailer the grown shape to the application. Think of cork, cattail, or rice waste as lighter alternatives. Or, to make it heavier, we could use sawdust, or miscanthus.
